Online Running Coaching : personalised training plans to achieve your running goals.
Whether you want to get started in running, or hit a new race PR, my systematic approach to training will get you there! Following the Lydiard Training principles we focus on building a strong cardiovascular and neuromuscular base, and then develop energy systems sequentially to ensure you reach your goal on race day. Your customised 8-24 week programme will be simple yet enjoyable; is proven to reduce the chance of getting injured, fatigued, or mentally burnt; and will have you achieving amazing results across any distance.

Monthly plans include:
- Goal setting session; an initial 30min online or in person meetup to discuss your running goals and timeline
- A personalised training program (minimum 8 weeks) specific to your current fitness and goal
- Training schedules delivered weekly with assessment and adjustments as required
- Weekly personal feedback
- Email and messenger support to check in and answer questions
* Price is for 4 weeks of training plans and support and subject to change. 4 weeks notice is required to cancel or put coaching on hold.
